Dell, Inc. is a technology company that was founded by Michael Dell in 1984 as PC’s Limited in Austin, Texas. At the present times the corporation is headquartered in Round Rock, Texas. The company specializes in the production, development, sales and supporting of desktops, servers, laptops, peripherals, printers, etc. Dell employs more than 90,400 people worldwide. The company is the second largest seller of the PCs in the world. The tagline of the company is: "Yours is here". Already in 1999 Dell began to sell the computers on-line. In 2007 several class action suits were filed against the company and Dell had been formally investigated.
