Freaking DELL and their Customer Service

I hope these guys will go bankrupt...My story is too long to be written and I think that you will get bored anyhow. Therefore, all I can say is that I spent over 1 week and over 25 e-mails and over 10 h of my time with these INCOMPETENT ppl and they couldn't do ANYTHING about my case. I am returning the item and hopefully I will get my money back! I think I had my lesson with them and the PC world. Apple has an IMPECCABLE customer service and I should have gone first with them. PERIOD
