Dell Computer Corporation complaint
I paid the full price after the voucher and never got the computer and software. called and they don't know where it is. so what do i do now i am out over $300. is there anyone to help me on this problem please e-mail me at nicknpam@yahoo.com. it was for daughter for school. and she is the one really paid for it. school is very importtant to her and she thought it would help her od her school work. I as a mother of 3 kid i really can't just go out and pay for one don't really have the money and wal-mart has no layaway anymore.

ALL of the States in the USA have a "Consumer Frauds" Division of their Attorney General's or State's Attorney's Office in the State Capitol . 

Most of these do really good jobs and can be of assistance ..... 

Perhaps you need to contact your nearest Consumer Frauds Office . 

Also; Many newspapers and Television Stations have "Consumer Advocates" Sections /workers ... Contact your local Tv Stations and Newspaper for info ......
